You can send mail weighing up to 20kg abroad by airmail.
Customs
All postal packets (excluding letters) to any destination within Mexico or abroad will need to un-sealed so that postal staff can check the contents before posting, as some items are forbidden to be sent through the Mexican Postal system. The post office staff will also advise and help if you need to complete any customs declarations for sending items abroad.

Airmail
- North & South America – mail usually arrives within 2 weeks of posting
- Europe – mail usually arrives within 3 weeks of posting
- Rest of the world – mail usually arrives within 3-4 weeks of posting
