Calls to and from Mexican landline telephones
Local calls in Ciudad Obregon
To make local calls whilst staying in Ciudad Obregon you simply omit the area code and dial the direct landline telephone number which in most cases is a seven digit number.
National calls from Ciudad Obregon
First you dial ‘01’ which is the prefix for all non-local calls everywhere in Mexico, followed by the area code of the town/city you are calling, which is followed by the telephone number you wish to call.

Dialling none local domestic mobile cell phones from a landline telephone
If you are calling a non-local domestic Mexican mobile cell phone from within Mexico you dial the three digit access number which is ‘045’ followed by the 10-digit mobile cell phone number.

Calls to Mexican Cell Phones from other Mexican Cell Phones in Mexico
If you are calling another Mexican mobile cell phone from your mobile cell phone whilst in Mexico, you simply dial the area code of the number you wish to call, followed by the cell phone number you are calling.
